出现问题的过程是这样的：我用U盘拷贝一个可执行文件到/opt/Qtopia/bin目录下，结果拷到一半，还没完成，出现LCD屏灭掉了，又闪了一下，接上串口线，看到一直在重启。

都是在这个地方就重启了。
于是，我就重新格式化了一下 ，烧写supervivi, zimage和文件系统，重新刷一遍。
问题依旧。
我就把LCD屏先卸载了下来。结果发现启动了。
难道LCD坏了？？于是，我就把LCD屏插到另一块mini2440板子上，没问题，正常。
问题描述就这些。
请问友善帮忙分析看看。这是会是什么问题啊？我很急，这是我的毕业设计啊，。。
需要寄到厂子去吗？
